Matthias Mono is currently the Head of Group HR at Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group. Previously, Matthias has held various leadership roles in Human Resources at companies such as Imerys Fused Minerals Laufenburg GmbH, Stanztechnik und Werkzeugbau Wolfgang Loch GmbH & Co. KG, Gebr. Heller Maschinenfabrik GmbH, BBC Cellpack Electrical Products, Eugen Forschner GmbH, ZF TRW, Amcor Flexibles Singen GmbH, and ae group ag. Matthias is highly experienced in developing HR strategies, coaching executives, implementing HR information systems, and leading recruitment and employer branding initiatives. Matthias holds a Promotion in Betriebswirtschaftslehre and a Diplom-Volkswirt in Volkswirtschaftslehre from The University of Freiburg.
