Paul Thatcher

Paul Thatcher is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Group Head of HR Delivery at Hargreaves Lansdown since March 2017. With a diverse background that includes various leadership roles in HR, such as Group Head of People Experience and Joint Chief People Officer (Interim), Paul has cultivated extensive experience in the field. Prior to Hargreaves Lansdown, Paul held positions including Human Resources Manager at Allianz Insurance and Human Resources Advisor at Simplyhealth. Paul’s academic foundation includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England.
