Aparna Ganguly has a wealth of experience in marketing and communications. Aparna began their career in 2006 as a Technical Associate at Innodata Isogen. In 2008, they became an Information Systems project Intern at Sullivan & McLaughlin Companies, where they made recommendations for updating their database and software vendors. Aparna also worked on an Organizational Analysis project, making recommendations to the Director of Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI). In 2009, Aparna was a Market Research Analyst Intern at DERS an alternative energy firm and worked on academic projects at University of Massachusetts. Aparna also authored a book titled 'The Day I was Proven Wrong' in 2007. From 2010 to 2015, Aparna held various roles at RIAEX, Inc., JunctionTV, and Bay Area Environmental Research Institute (BAERI). At RIAEX, they were a Marketing Strategy Consultant, responsible for structuring and implementing practical approaches to meet marketing goals. At JunctionTV, they were a Marketing Manager and conducted competitor analysis of the top 5 rivals in the IPTV industry. Finally, at BAERI, they were a Marketing and Communications Consultant, creating marketing collateral, communicating research progress and achievements, and leading collaborations with BAER Institute and NASA scientists. In 2015, Aparna became the Director of Digital Marketing at Rhombus Power Inc. Her role included devising content development strategies, formulating Google and Bing Ads, maintaining the YouTube channel, and creating training material for customers. Aparna also held the role of Manager of Business Development, responsible for creating compliance documents, proposals, SOWs, project schedules, QA plans, risk registers, and training manuals.
Aparna Ganguly obtained their Digital Marketing Certification from Cornell University in June 2021. Aparna has a MBA in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, which they obtained between 2007 and 2009. Aparna also has a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the Amity Institute of Biotechnology. Her educational journey began at the Holy Cross School.
