Kit Garren, MPM, RMP has extensive work experience in the property management industry. They started their career in 1986 by founding IPM Corp., where they served as the Chief Executive Officer for 35 years. During this time, they successfully led the company and built a strong reputation in the industry. In 2021, they joined RHOME as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the company's brand and representing them in various capacities. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Acquisitions at Rhome by Associa, where they continue to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Kit Garren, MPM, RMP completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Commercial Recreation and Resort Management at the University of Utah. This education was obtained between the years 1978 and 1981.
