Dean Emson serves as the Community Programmes Manager at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council since December 2013, overseeing various community development initiatives including the UK Government Shared Prosperity Fund and the Neighbourhood Network Fund. With a strong background in community engagement and program management, Dean has held multiple roles within RCTCBC, such as Senior Community Development Officer and Team Manager for the Communities for Work+ programme.
