Debbie Moore

Debbie Moore has extensive experience in employability mentoring and community engagement, currently serving as a Senior Employability Mentor for both Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council and Communities For Work+, positions held since April 2018. In addition, Debbie has been leading the Upper Cynon Communities First initiative since April 2016, focusing on the delivery of the Communities First Plan and managing Community Engagement Workers to address poverty within the community. Previously, from April 2003 to April 2018, Debbie was the Lead Delivery Officer for the Communities First Programme, specializing in both prosperous and learning outcomes. Debbie's educational background includes studies at the University of Glamorgan from 2008 to 2010 and attendance at Mountain Ash Comprehensive School from 1981 to 1987.
