Kelly Cooper

Kelly Cooper has a diverse and extensive work experience in the retail industry. Kelly is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Rhone since May 2022. Prior to this, Kelly worked at &Ideate as a Principle from March 2021 to April 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of SVP, GMM & Design at Chico's FAS, Inc. Before that, they were the Chief Product Officer & Partner at QOR from 2013 to 2018. Kelly also worked at Gap Inc./Gap Inc. Direct as the VP- Merchandising, Design & Product Development for Athleta from 2008 to 2013. Kelly had a long tenure at Athleta from 2004 to 2013, where they served as the VP of Product, Design & Merchandising. Kelly began their career at J. Jill Group Inc as the VP of Product Development, Design, Sourcing & QA, where they worked from 1996 to 2004.

Kelly Cooper has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Art History from Dartmouth College. Kelly also studied Fashion Design, with a focus on Apparel Design, at the Paris American Academy. No specific start or end years are provided for either educational experience.
