Laura Hess

Laura Hess currently serves as the Executive Director of Proposals and Contracts at Rho, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Laura spent five years at Labcorp Drug Development as the Director of Global Clinical Development Proposals, overseeing a team of 60 professionals in biotech, medical device, and oncology sectors. Laura's career also includes significant experience at Mapi Group, where responsibilities included management of the global real world evidence proposal team and process. Earlier roles include contract and proposal development at Quintiles and TQ3Navigant, where Laura focused on strategic marketing and proposal responses. Laura obtained a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication from James Madison University.
