Richard Martinez

Richard Martinez is a seasoned Solutions Architect at Rho, with a career spanning over two decades in software development and system implementation. At Rho since May 2001, Richard spearheaded the company’s first Azure data pipeline initiative, successfully delivering multiple dashboards for Federal government clients. Previous roles include Senior Software Developer, where Richard led projects on software research and integration, and Assistant Director of Software Development, contributing to long-term technology planning and resource management. Prior to Rho, Richard served as an Advisory IT Specialist at IBM, enhancing call center operations through the design of a high-volume IVR application, and as a Senior Analyst at Intellimark Inc., focusing on the development of IVR systems for clinical trials. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida International University.
