Teresa Wallace is a partner at RHR International and has more than two decades of leadership and advisory experience. Teresa’s client list is long and varied, including industries like manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, financial services, public utilities, and healthcare. She has also served as the vice president of learning and development at the multibillion-dollar subsidiary of an even larger corporation.
Teresa is a U.S. Army veteran. She holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania, where she is currently a doctoral candidate concentrating her research on the impact of organizational network relationships and the correlation to career advancement. She also holds a master’s degree in international management from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications from Mary Baldwin University.
