Teresa Wallace is a partner at RHR International and has more than two decades of leadership and advisory experience. She has also served as the vice president of learning and development at the multibillion-dollar subsidiary of an even larger corporation.

Teresa is a U.S. Army veteran. She holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania, where she is currently a doctoral candidate concentrating her research on the impact of organizational network relationships and the correlation to career advancement. She also holds a master’s degree in international management from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications from Mary Baldwin University.
