Teresa Wallace

Teresa Wallace is a partner at RHR International and has more than two decades of leadership and advisory experience. Some of her areas of expertise include talent development; team engagement; relationship building; diversity, inclusion, and belonging; and advising senior and emerging leaders on their leadership style.

Friendly, candid, and transparent, Teresa is quick to build connections and establish trusting advisory relationships with clients that cultivate growth. She values her ability to serve as a thought partner, providing honest insights that contribute transformative value toward individual and team development, and she has forged many long-lasting ties throughout her career.

Teresa’s client list is long and varied, including industries like manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, financial services, public utilities, and healthcare. She has also served as the vice president of learning and development at the multibillion-dollar subsidiary of an even larger corporation.

Teresa is a U.S. Army veteran. She holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania, where she is currently a doctoral candidate concentrating her research on the impact of organizational network relationships and the correlation to career advancement. She also holds a master’s degree in international management from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications from Mary Baldwin University.
