Prior to this role, Courtney held the position of Vice President - Commercial Lines and Account Executive at the same company. Courtney also has experience working at Travelers from August 1999 to May 2007, where Courtney was an Account Executive and Account Manager. Courtney holds a Master's degree in Guidance & Educational Leadership from Clemson University, obtained in the years 1995 - 1998, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management, earned in the years 1988 - 1992 from the same university.
