Julia Miller Spracklen

Julia Miller Spracklen began their work experience in 2010 at Travelers, where they served as a Senior Claims Counsel, specializing in Employment Practices Liability, Director and Officer Liability, and Fiduciary Liability. Julia managed claims related to state and federal statutes, business disputes, and executive employment disputes. In 2015, they joined RHSB Insurance as the Vice President of Risk Services, overseeing the employees and functions of the Risk Services department. In September 2017, they were promoted to Chief Operations Officer at RHSB Insurance.

Julia Miller Spracklen obtained their Juris Doctor degree in Law from Baylor University School of Law in the years 1997 to 1999.
