Amie Kirby

Amie Kirby (nee Giardino) serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection since August 2022, leading educational initiatives across various high-profile venues. Previously, Amie worked as a Principal Trainer at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, contributing to the launch of a new electronic healthcare record system. Amie also held the position of Group Learning & Development Manager at Harts Group, where responsibilities included creating learning programs for multiple sites. Earlier experience includes serving as the National Head of Training at GAUCHO, managing partner roles across different locations, and positions in customer service and management in previous companies. Amie holds a BA in Classical Civilisation from the University of Leeds and A-levels from Tonbridge Grammar School for Girls.
