Laura Bass has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in sales and events. Laura is currently the Director of Sales at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Events and Catering at SA Hospitality Group. From 2016 to 2021, Laura worked at Constellation Culinary Group, starting as a Senior Catering Sales Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Catering at New York Botanical Garden. Before that, they held various catering sales management positions at Destination Hotels and Bard Graduate Center. Laura also has experience in regional sales management at Estate Weddings and Events, as well as event management at Audubon New York and Katonah Museum of Art. Laura began their career as a Membership Assistant at Jacob Burns Film Center.

Laura Bass attended the University of New Hampshire from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in History and Art History.
