Matt Camilli

Matt Camilli has extensive work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Matt'smost recent position was as the Head of Engineering at Rhythm, where they built and managed the engineering department, recruited engineers, established remote workforce and processes, and successfully launched the platform. Matt also oversaw the integration of a new team and technology into the company. Prior to Rhythm, Matt worked at Skyword as the Vice President and Senior Director of Engineering. At TrackMaven, they served as the Senior Director of Engineering, leading multiple teams and implementing various initiatives such as a Zero Bug Policy framework and platform uptime monitoring. Matt also has experience as a Consultant at Excella Consulting, where they worked on various development projects utilizing Python, Django, .NET, C#, and ASP.

Matt Camilli attended Virginia Tech from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
