William Decker

William Decker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. William began their career as an intern at Halliburton in 1998. Afterward, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin from January to May 2004. William continued their teaching role as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Arlington from September 2005 to September 2007. In 2008, they joined Bell Helicopter as a Senior Training Analyst and served until November 2013.

Following this, William worked at StatSlice Systems as a Consultant from November 2013 to March 2020. William then joined capSpire as a Managing Consultant in January 2017 and stayed until October 2021. William'smost recent role is at Rhythm Energy, where they served as a Sr. Data Engineer from November 2021 to March 2023 before transitioning to the position of Principal Data Engineer in February 2023.
