Christie Hampton

Christie Hampton is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in the tourism and sports industries. Currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Officer at Tourism Snowy Mountains since March 2021, Christie also holds the position of Part Owner at Rhythm Japan, which has become Asia's leading provider of snow sports equipment since its founding over 15 years ago. Previous roles include Director at Final Copy Co., where Christie focused on copywriting and content creation, and News Producer/Journalist at Australian News Channel, contributing significantly to news production and management. Educated with a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Griffith University and the University of Wollongong, respectively, Christie has consistently leveraged strong communication skills and a passion for winter sports throughout a diverse career.
