Inci Kalem

Inci Kalem has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Inci is currently the Director of Finance at Rhythm Management Group, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Inci worked at GE Healthcare for several years, where they held various leadership roles. Inci served as the Commercial Finance Manager for Turkey & Iran from December 2016 to July 2021 and as the EMEA COA Controller from January 2016 to March 2017, leading a regional controllership project for COA transition. Inci also worked as the Regional Operational Controller for the Eastern and African Growth Market from March 2015 to February 2016, providing guidance to local country controllers and overseeing different controllership processes. Before joining GE Healthcare, Inci had a brief stint at HSBC as the Retail Banking and Wealth Management Marketing Budgeting Manager from January 2013 to July 2013. Prior to that, they worked at The Nielsen Company as a Financial Planning and Analysis Executive for the Turkey Watch&Buy Businesses from January 2011 to January 2013, and as a Financial Controller from September 2009 to July 2011. Inci started their career at KPMG as a Senior Financial Auditor from September 2006 to September 2009.

In 1999-2002, they attended Ted College Foundation Private High School and obtained a high school diploma with a focus on science.

From 2002 to 2006, Inci Kalem studied at Istanbul University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in the Department of English.

Between 2012 and 2015, they enrolled at Istanbul Bilgi University and earned a Master's Degree in Accounting and Auditing.

In 2019, Inci Kalem participated in the AFMC (Advance Financial Management Course) at Crotonville Alumni.

In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Finance Foundations: Risk Management and Financial Analysis: Making Business Projections from LinkedIn in August 2021. The certifications were obtained from the institution LinkedIn.
