Heather Burrs Graham

Heather Burrs Graham has a strong work experience in the field of project management and consulting. Heather currently serves as the Director of Professional Services at Rhythm Software since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Evoke Research and Consulting, LLC as a Senior Project Management Consultant for almost nine years, from October 2011 to November 2020. Before that, they were a Project Management Consultant at Associated Veterans, LLC from February 2009 to October 2011. Heather also worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst at Arc Solutions Inc from January 2006 to February 2009. Heather started their career as a Consultant at Accenture in February 2002, where they worked on projects for the Federal Student Aid U.S. Department of Education and Census Bureau.

Heather Burrs Graham earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgetown University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Heather later pursued their Master's degree in Project Management from The George Washington University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Heather has obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in September 2015, Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in May 2011, and Project Management Professional status from the Project Management Institute.
