Cathy Bolton McCullough, M.S., is the founder of McCullough Leadership Group, established in July 2004, where Cathy Bolton serves as a consultative facilitator, strategist, and leadership coach focusing on business growth consulting, executive team advances, and organizational culture development. In addition to their role at McCullough Leadership Group, Cathy is a strategic partner at Rhythm Systems, Inc., providing consulting to CEOs and executive teams in developing long-term strategies and execution plans. Cathy's expertise spans organizational culture diagnostics, personal accountability, and executive coaching, further demonstrated through partnerships with Executive Development Associates and Culture Solutions Group. Cathy has also contributed as an official member of the Forbes Coaches Council from 2016 to 2020 and holds an M.S. in Organizational Development and Leadership from Oklahoma State University.
