Melissa Enriquez

Melissa Enriquez is an experienced professional in customer success and operations management, currently serving as Principal Customer Success Executive and Director of Rhythm Community at Rhythm Systems since October 2012. In this role, Melissa focuses on ensuring clients understand organizational strategies and priorities through software and coaching. Prior to Rhythm Systems, Melissa held the position of Director of Business Services at PlumChoice and served as Operations Manager at Everon Technology Services, a managed service company recognized for its rapid growth. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, earned in 2004.
