Andrés Muñoz Alarcón, PhD, is a highly experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and medical fields, currently serving as the Scientific Affairs Manager at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc., focusing on hyperphagia and early-onset severe obesity linked to melanocortin-4 receptor deficiencies. With a robust background that includes roles such as Patient Journey Manager and Nordic Medical Science Liaison at Kyowa Kirin International plc., and Field Medical Director at ProQR Therapeutics, Andrés has specialized in rare diseases, nephrology, endocrinology, and ophthalmology.
