Katie Paulsen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Katie started their career as an Online Media Planner at Hill Holliday, where they planned online advertising campaigns for Fortune 1000 companies. Katie then transitioned to Overland Capital Group as an Administrative Assistant, providing support to senior executives in a commercial real estate investment firm.
In 2006, Katie joined Burst Media as a Client Development Associate, managing digital media campaigns and ensuring optimal performance for advertisers. Katie quickly advanced to the role of Client Development Manager, supervising a team responsible for campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization. Katie also played a key role in launching and growing the Brand Solutions team, generating impactful solutions based on advertiser objectives.
Katie then moved to RhythmInfluence, a division of Tremor International, as the Vice President of Influencer Marketing. Katie offered marketers and agencies a full-service approach to influencer marketing, including strategy, influencer management, content creation, analytics, and reporting.
In 2012, Katie returned to Burst Media as the Director of Brand Solutions, leading the ideation and development of comprehensive digital solutions. Katie curated products with a focus on influencer marketing to remain competitive in the digital landscape. Katie also served as the Senior Director of Brand Sales at RhythmOne, directing overall brand sales success and providing product expertise across influencer marketing, content distribution, mobile, and video.
Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams, coordinating training, and delivering highly successful digital brand solutions.
Katie Paulsen obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Human Development from Boston College in the years 1996 to 2000.
