Kalyan Nanduru

Kalyan Nanduru is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in shaping innovative solutions across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at RhythmsAI since July 2024, Kalyan is focused on developing an AI-first business operating system. Prior roles include SVP and Head of Product at Forma, where Kalyan built a modern benefits platform, and Guild, overseeing a multi-sided marketplace that connects academic institutions, employers, and employees. Kalyan's earlier tenure at Google and Microsoft showcased leadership in product strategies ranging from B2B shopping to AI-driven insights for productivity, contributing to notable successes such as the launch of Microsoft Viva Insights. Kalyan's career began at Qwest Software Services as a Software Engineer, with significant contributions at BT leading agile transformations and cost-saving initiatives. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Kalyan holds a Bachelor of Technology degree.
