Aaron Foster serves as Vice President of Peer & Crisis Program Development and Training at RI International since August 2013, leading the Crisis Now Academy’s Training Department and overseeing its comprehensive functions, including marketing, curriculum development, and business operations. With a strong focus on enhancing mental health services, Aaron has held various leadership roles that emphasize innovation in service delivery, recovery education, and vocational training for individuals with behavioral health challenges. Aaron also contributes to academia as a guest lecturer at Northern Arizona University and the University of Arizona, sharing expertise in recovery-oriented services. A former board member of the Arizona Association of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioners, Aaron's commitment to the field has been further demonstrated through multiple guest lecturing engagements and numerous training initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Arizona.
