Akemie Jones

Akemie Jones, MS, LMFT, LCAS, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Learning and Development at RI International, where responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs to support employee growth and organizational learning needs. Prior experience includes roles as Service Account Manager and Claims Processor at UnitedHealth Group, where Akemie focused on resolving complex medical claims and improving provider communications. Additionally, experience as a Banker at Woodforest National Bank involved opening accounts and delivering exceptional customer service. Akemie holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
