Erin D. D. Burr serves as the Senior Vice President of Media Relations and the Gold & Platinum Program at the Recording Industry Association of America® (RIAA) since August 2022, previously holding the position of Vice President in the same areas. Erin's extensive experience includes over a decade at Big Machine Label Group, where responsibilities encompassed executing high-profile music releases, developing media strategies for prominent artists, and fostering media relationships to enhance artist visibility. Prior roles also include Communications Director at the Nashville Songwriters Association International, where initiatives included public relations and marketing, and Publicist for the Colgate Country Showdown, managing PR activities for major events. Erin holds a B.A. in Public Relations from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
