Lisa Craig is VP of People for Rialtic, responsible for leading people and talent strategies and maximizing human capabilities within the Company. She has more than 25 years’ experience across diverse industries and is results-oriented people champion, committed to building inclusive cultures.
Prior to Rialtic, Lisa served as: VP of Organizational Excellence for Serta Simmons Bedding, VP of HR Talent Excellence at Cotiviti, and Global HR Director for Eastman Kodak. Lisa earned a Business Administration degree from Middlesex College, SPHR Certification from HRCI, and in 2022 she successfully completed Harvard’s Executive Education Program.
Born in Yonkers, NY, Lisa is the eldest of five daughters, married to her best friend for 30 years and is the proud parent of three amazing children and two spoiled canine puppies.
