Pelle Polland

Pelle Polland is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in operational and strategic roles across multiple high-growth companies. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of RIALTO since January 2024, Pelle previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Habito from June 2016 to December 2022, where involvement as a founding team member included leading various teams and significantly scaling the organization while achieving profitability and raising over $100 million in venture capital. Prior experience includes the role of VP Strategy at MarketInvoice, Corporate Development at Wonga.com, and various positions in investment banking, demonstrating a strong foundation in finance and strategic initiatives. Pelle holds a BSc in Investment, Finance, and Risk Management from Cass Business School.
