Christopher Pavlick is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and accounting. Currently serving as Vice President at Rialto Capital since April 2022, Christopher has held various roles including Senior Associate and Associate. Prior to this, Christopher worked at PONTEGADEA from July 2015 to March 2022, advancing from Accountant to Senior Controller. Christopher began a career in accounting at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as an Accounting Manager-In-Training at the EPIC Hotel from July 2014 to July 2015. Christopher holds an MBA in Real Estate from Florida State University, obtained between 2020 and 2022, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the same institution, earned in 2014.
