Karelyn Travieso

Karelyn Travieso is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC since June 2011, Karelyn has progressed through various roles, including Senior Associate, Associate, and REO Analyst. Responsibilities include collaborating with Asset Managers to develop cash flow models, valuation analyses, and property proformas, as well as preparing business plans and coordinating reports for evaluating REO properties. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Assistant in the Vice President's Office of Student Affairs at Florida International University, where Karelyn managed electronic records and addressed student inquiries, and an internship at Starboard Cruise Services, focusing on documentation accuracy and audit testing. Karelyn holds a BBA in Finance from Florida International University, graduating in 2011.
