Kylee (Shea) Weiss is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President at Rialto Capital since August 2021, where Kylee had previously held the position of Senior Associate. Prior to this role, Kylee was an Investor Relations Associate at Sun Capital Partners, Inc. from April 2020 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes working in the Private Fund Group at Credit Suisse from June 2017 to April 2020, as well as internships in investment at Georgetown University's Investment Office and as a Summer Analyst at Credit Suisse. Additional internships were completed at Impala Asset Management LLC and Merrill Lynch, along with experience at Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC. Kylee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Psychology from Georgetown University, which was obtained between 2013 and 2017, and graduated from Pine Crest School in 2013.
