Jareb Courtney

Jareb Courtney has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jareb currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at RIB Software, which they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Schneider Electric from January 2022 to December 2022, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Energy Management Software. From October 2019 to January 2022, Jareb was the Head of Human Resources for EMEA at Siemens Digital Industries Software. Jareb also has experience at Siemens PLM Software, where they held the role of Global HR Business Partner from April 2017 to September 2019, and from April 2015 to March 2017. Before that, Jareb worked at Siemens from 2003 to 2015, holding various HR positions including HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Strategy, and HR Consultant.

Jareb Courtney attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
