Marc-Oliver Bader

Marc-Oliver Bader has a diverse work experience. Marc-Oliver started their career as a Werkstudent (Becario) and later worked as a Kaufmännischer Angestellter at ULMA Construction from March 2010 to September 2011. Marc-Oliver rejoined ULMA Construction as a Kaufmännischer Angestellter in April 2014 and stayed until November 2014. From November 2014 to October 2017, they pursued a Kaufmännisches Trainee-Programm at EUROVIA Deutschland. Currently, Marc-Oliver holds positions related to finance at RIB Software. Marc-Oliver started as a Product Manager for iTWO Finance in November 2017 and is presently working as the Lead Product Manager for RIB Finance from January 2021.

Marc-Oliver Bader holds a Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Ulm University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, Marc-Oliver completed an Auslandssemester (semester abroad) in Licenciatura en Administracion y Direccion de Empresas at Mondragon Unibertsitatea in 2010. Marc-Oliver has also obtained certifications such as Certified Software Product Manager from ISPMA and Certified Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant from Microsoft in 2023 and 2021 respectively. In 2017, they obtained the Arge-Kaufmann certification from BWI-Bau GmbH - Institut der Bauwirtschaft.
