Ian Pacey

Ian Pacey began his career as a Human Resource Information Systems supervisor at Paramount Kings Island where he would excel for six years and accumulate extensive training in HR law, regulation, and HR systems. Ian continued to expand breadth of experience while fostering his interests in technology and development.

After earning a degree from Miami University, Pacey joined Cash Flow Solutions as a Software Developer in 2007. Over the course of his tenure, Ian has managed the Data Verification Center, Finance, Human Resource, Operations, and IT departments.

In 2020, Ian lead security initiatives to develop policies and controls required to earn SSAE 18 SOC 2 Type I certification for RIBBIT.ai.

In his current role as CTO, Ian works with multiple teams: Data Science and Engineering, Information Technology, and Information Security. Ian is instrumental in developing RIBBIT.ai’s proprietary AI technology designed to support underwriting and identity verification for lenders and merchants through bank behavior.
