Sarah Wells

Sarah Wells is an experienced professional in educational support and community partnership, currently serving as the Co-Production Practice Lead at Blackpool Council since March 2021, where focus is on implementing a co-production strategy for SEND services. Additionally, since May 2022, Sarah has been the Resilient Schools' Coordinator at Ribble Valley Borough Council, coordinating the Community Safety Partnership and cultivating partnerships to reduce anti-social behavior and social isolation. Previous roles include Education Lead for a self-employed trauma-informed support service, Tutor/Mentor for students facing exclusion at Randstad, and Project Worker at The Children's Society, among others. Sarah holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Criminology and Social Research from the University of York, a BA in Teaching ICT, and various certifications in project management and education.
