Ahmed Mansi is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Head of Managed Service – Solutions Delivery at Ribbon Communications since March 2017, Ahmed has a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth while enhancing customer experiences. Prior to this role, Ahmed held various positions at Zain, including Quality Assurance Manager and NOC Manager, where responsibilities included developing quality procedures and standards. At Orange Egypt, Ahmed was promoted to OSS & Configuration Manager and OSS Project Manager, focusing on Change Management and Configuration Management Processes. Ahmed holds an MBA in Globalization from Maastricht School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Helwan University Cairo.
