Amit Choksi

Amit Choksi has over 17 years of experience in software development and management. Amit currently serves as a Senior Software Development Manager at Ribbon Communications, where they lead a team responsible for implementing and supporting call signaling functionality in the Enterprise SBC product. Prior to this, they worked at Edgewater Networks as a Manager Software Development, overseeing the implementation of call signaling functionality. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Edgewater Networks, focusing on key features in areas such as ALG, B2BUA, Hosted Services, and SIP Trunking. Amit also gained experience at Dialogic as a Sr. Staff Engineer, where they were involved in design and development in Session border controller. At Veraz Networks, they contributed as a Sr. Software Engineer, primarily working on the design and development of Softswitch interworking SIP, H. 323, and TDM Protocols. Prior to their roles at Edgewater Networks and Dialogic, Amit worked as a Software Consultant at Tekmark Global Solutions and as a Software Engineer at Cisco Systems.

Amit Choksi obtained a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University from 1999 to 2000. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Using Python for Automation" from LinkedIn in February 2021.
