Andrei Chatalov

Andrei Chatalov is an experienced Customer Operations Leader at Ribbon Communications since October 2017, overseeing support and deployment for the Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific customer base, with a focus on project delivery. Chatalov is a Certified Practicing Project Manager and a member of the AIPM, with expertise in network transformation, customer migration, and various communication technologies including SBC, media servers, and call control. Prior to Ribbon Communications, Chatalov held similar roles at GENBAND, where responsibilities included support and deployment for the NZ and Pacific regions, as well as roles at Cisco Systems and Nortel, focusing on network consulting and field services engineering.
