Bill Grabner

Bill Grabner has extensive experience in the technology sales industry. Bill is currently the Vice President of Federal Markets at Ribbon Communications, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Cisco as a Federal Account Manager from March 2018 to April 2020. Before Cisco, Grabner served as the Regional Vice President of Federal Sales at BroadSoft from January 2017 to March 2018. Bill also held the role of Senior Vice President of Business Development at Phacil, Inc from June 2015 to January 2017. Grabner has a background in sales and business development, having worked as the Sales Director of Location Services at Zebra Technologies from July 2014 to June 2015, and as the National Sales Director of Government and Higher Education at Genesys from January 2009 to June 2014. Bill also had earlier roles at Genesys Telecommunications Labs as a Manager of Solutions Engineering from 2003 to 2008, and as a Senior Principal Sales Engineer at Genesys from July 2004 to December 2006. Grabner began their career as a Sales Engineer at Aspect Communications from 2000 to 2005 and as an Account Executive at Siemens from March 1998 to March 2000.

Bill Grabner attended Oregon State University from 1988 to 1993, where they received a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting and Business/Management. Bill also pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Accounting and Finance at Oregon State University. In addition to their degrees, Bill Grabner holds a certification as a Certified Management Accountant.
