Cynthia Daals (Knoop)

Cynthia Daals (Knoop), PMP has over 25 years of work experience, with a focus on project management. Cynthia started their career in 1995 as a Project Assistant at KPN. Cynthia then worked at Infonet – AUCS Communications Services v.o.f. from 1996 to 2000, first as a Project Coordinator and then as an Implementation Manager.

Cynthia then joined Nortel in 2001, where they held roles as a Senior Deployment Manager and later as a Project Manager. At Nortel, they were responsible for end-to-end customer project delivery, including complex network solutions and business improvement projects. Cynthia worked at Nortel until 2010.

From 2010 to 2017, Cynthia worked at GENBAND as a Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for delivering and assuring project and business results. Cynthia also served as the primary point of contact and escalation point for key account customers.

In 2017, Cynthia joined Ribbon Communications as a Project Manager, where they currently work.

Cynthia Daals (Knoop), PMP completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Commerciele Economie) from Hogeschool Drenthe between 1990 and 1994. Prior to that, they graduated from Canisiuscollege Mater Dei with a Diploma in VWO (pre-university education) from 1984 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in December 2015. Furthermore, they also hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI), which they obtained in March 2005.
