Erin Wheeler

Erin Wheeler is an experienced Proposal Manager at Ribbon Communications, specializing in RibbonCare, with expertise in managing a portfolio of over 250 customers and generating more than 30 million dollars in annual revenue. Since joining in June 2015, Erin has developed product cost proposals, maintained proposal templates, and collaborated with internal teams to enhance profitability while ensuring competitiveness. Previously, Erin worked as a Junior Proposal Specialist at GENBAND and coordinated events as a Student Ambassador at Appalachian State University, where a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations was earned. Additional experience includes roles at RTI International and the YMCA of the Triangle, highlighting strong communication and organizational skills. Erin received the 2017 GENBAND Rookie All Star Award for outstanding contributions.
