Frank Blum

Frank Blum has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Frank is currently the Head of IP Optical GSD Europe at Ribbon Communications since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at ECI Telecom for many years holding various roles. From January 2017 to March 2020, they served as the Head of GSD Europe. Frank also worked as the Country Service Manager from April 2010 to March 2020. Before that, they held the position of Director Technical Customer Support from January 2000 to March 2010 and started their career at ECI Telecom as a Customer Support Engineer from January 1993 to January 2000.
