Gianluca Crucitti

Gianluca Crucitti has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Gianluca started their career in 2014 at Altran Italia S.p.A. as a Junior Consultant/Access Transmission Engineer, where they gained knowledge in Nokia/NSN DX200 technology and managed new TDM interconnections with national and international operators. Gianluca also worked as a Stagista/Core Network Engineer, assisting with the synchronization of TDM equipment in Vodafone's network.

In 2016, Gianluca joined Huawei Technologies as a Technical Pre Sale Engineer, where they provided technical support in pre-sale activities until 2018. Gianluca then moved on to Capgemini as a Business Analyst/Consultant, focusing on OSS Digital Transformation projects for Telecom Italia Sparkle using the Netcracker tool.

In 2018, Gianluca transitioned to ECI Telecom as a Sales Engineer, specializing in optical DWDM and Packet products for transport networks and SDN/NFV applications. Gianluca focused particularly on the Italian market.

Gianluca'slatest position is as a Sales Engineer at Ribbon Communications, where they continue to work with optical DWDM and Packet products for transport networks, SDN/NFV applications, and cybersecurity solutions. Gianluca also deals with VoIP, SBC, and Unified Communication solutions.

Gianluca Crucitti's education history begins with their completion of a Diploma in Scientifico from the Liceo Scientifico Statale "Leonardo da Vinci" in Reggio Calabria between the years 2001 and 2006. Gianluca then went on to pursue a Laurea triennale in Ingegneria delle telecomunicazioni from the Università degli Studi 'Mediterranea' di Reggio Calabria, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. Gianluca furthered their education by completing a Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria delle telecomunicazioni from the University of Rome Tor Vergata between 2010 and 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Gianluca Crucitti obtained the certification of "Abilitazione all'esercizio della professione di ingegnere" from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" in November 2014.
