Sr. Technical Support Engineer at Ribbon Communications

Hafiz Ab Razak has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and engineering. Hafiz started their career as a Project Engineer at Arkay Consultant in 2007. In 2008, they joined IBIL (M) Sdn Bhd as a System Engineer and provided second-level support for the MNP Network, focusing on problem-solving and network health checks. Hafiz then worked at Huawei in 2011 as a Customer Support Engineer, where they offered technical support for Telekom Malaysia through the GSRC Malaysia Managed Service Department. Hafiz joined Sonus in 2012 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and was responsible for maintaining various systems like Sonus GSX, PSX, and SGX, as well as Juniper routers. Hafiz also helped resolve customer-created service requests. Currently, since 2017, Hafiz has been working at Ribbon Communications as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Hafiz Ab Razak pursued their Pre-University Preparatory Programme in Science Physics at Kolej Matrikulasi Kuala Pilah from 2002 to 2003. Following this, they enrolled in Universiti Tenaga Nasional, where they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2003 to 2007.
