Ilan Halevi

Ilan Halevi is a seasoned professional in optical networks and telecommunications with extensive experience in system architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior System Architect at Ribbon Communications since March 2021, Ilan previously held multiple leadership roles at Orbit Communication Systems, including R&D Chief Engineer and Ground Stations and New Space Team Leader. Earlier experience includes positions at Actelis Networks, where management of the System Qualification Group took place, and Vectronics, as a Senior Applications Engineer. Ilan's foundation in the industry was built at ECI Telecom, contributing as a Senior System Architect and Technical Support in the SDH Engineering Group. Educated at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Ilan possesses a wealth of knowledge in designing complex telecommunications systems and providing technical support.
