Jonathan Klotzbach

Jonathan Klotzbach has a strong background in software engineering and management. Jonathan started their career as a Graduate Assistant at Florida Atlantic University from July 1995 to April 1998.

Afterwards, they joined Verizon as a Member of the Technical Staff from May 1998 to October 2000, where they worked as a lead developer on a gateway project and integrated a rule-based correlation system into the fault management system.

Finally, from April 2017 to October 2017, they were a Senior Manager, managing a team of engineers and leading the transition from a monolithic web application to containerized microservices at Sonus.

Since 2017, Jonathan has been working at Ribbon Communications as a Senior Manager. In this role, they manage a team of 13 engineers and has played a lead role in developing an Authentication, Authorization, Auditing (AAA) microservice.
