Lloyd George

Lloyd George has had a diverse range of experiences in the field of human resources. Lloyd started their career at UST Global as a Senior Executive, working in HR from 2006 to 2010. Lloyd then moved on to MindTree Ltd., where they worked as a Manager in the People Function, handling complex tasks and projects, and later as the location HR for Mindtree Whitefield center from 2010 to 2014. Lloyd's most recent position was at Ribbon Communications, where they joined as a Senior Manager in Human Resources. During their time there, the company grew significantly, and Lloyd was able to contribute to various areas of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, and change management.

Lloyd George's education history includes completing an Executive Development Program in Human Resources Management at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters in Human Resources Management from the Rajagiri School of Management between 2004 and 2006, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact" and "Human Resources: Pay Strategy" from LinkedIn in February 2022 and September 2021 respectively.
