Lynne Wade

Lynne Wade has extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting. Lynne began their career as a Financial Assistant at Wang Institute of Graduate Studies in 1980 and later worked as a Principal Financial Analyst at Wang Global for 12 years. Lynne then became a Financial Reporting Specialist at Brooks Automation, Inc. from 1999 to 2003. Lynne continued their career as a Manager of External Reporting at Dynamics Research from 2003 to 2005. Lynne then worked as a Director of Financial Reporting at Presstek, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Lynne then joined Sonus Networks as a Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting, where they stayed for a decade. Currently, Lynne works for Ribbon Communications as a Director of Financial Reporting and Equity, a role they have held since 2017. Throughout their career, Lynne has been responsible for managing and preparing external financial documents and related communications, providing analytical support and technical guidance to senior management, advising on complex accounting issues, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and practices.

Lynne Wade pursued their undergraduate education from 1976 to 1980 at Tufts University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. Lynne later continued their academic journey by enrolling at Boston University from 1988 to 1991. During this period, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Administration.
