Mark Cobbold

Mark Cobbold has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Mark'smost recent role was as Vice President of Product Management at Ribbon Communications, starting in November 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Product Management at Ribbon Communications since May 2010.

Before joining Ribbon Communications, Mark worked at GENBAND as the Director of Product Line Management starting in July 2013.

Mark also has experience in the sports industry, having served as the President of the Ottawa Valley Titans since 2004 until June 2021.

In their earlier career, Mark worked at Nortel in various product management roles, including Product Manager for Applications, Product Manager for Mobile Applications, and Director of the Bell/Nortel Innovation Centre. Mark was involved in directing service creation activities and delivering new multimedia services during their time at Nortel, which lasted from October 2003 to May 2010.

Mark's career began at Bell Northern Research in 1989, where they worked as a Development Manager until 1996. Mark also held the position of Manager at BNR from 1990 to 1992.

Mark Cobbold attended Carleton University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a focus on Electrical and Computer Systems.
